You can use the GeoRSS Layer Properties dialog to inspect the Name and URL of the GeoRSS feed associated with the layer and reset how often to refresh the data.

Note that you can change the name of the layer in the Contents window. Select the layer name, then click it again and enter a new title or select the layer name, right-click and choose Rename and then enter a new title.
